Back Injuries Nhs

Back problem. Any help?
A few years ago, I tripped and fell on the stairs, forcing me to attend a meeting of the NHS in the center. I can not remember what the nurse diagnosed or what I did to cure it, but I never worried about 2 years. Last week, however, in my last delivery a bowling season, the same area of the back began to hurt. It felt like I pulled a muscle. What could have caused the back injury: 1. My bad position 2. The fall on the stairs What are the symptoms of this: 1. Back pain when inhaling deeply 2. Clicking and pain when I move my back back and forth 3. Pain when I get up or lie down to rest I have tried: 1. Ibuprofen (helps with inflammation) 2. Improve posture (still trying) I'm not sure what to do. I mean, I have a physio on my shoulder and wondering if I should consult with her, but the appointment is not for some time. Any advice on what symptoms to reflect on the cause of pain or how to deal with it? Thank you very much, Vinz
I have just had an operation back after a fall. Not being a doctor of mind, they recommended (and was) for an MRI / CT, you can choose from and they will highlight the damage. Warning, they are not cheap but well worth it. RossHall the package for exploration and consultant for just over £ 600. The deal for me has been a success. It was a week ago and I am walking and back to work in a week. Taking pain killers is not a good long-term solution. My physio did not touch them until after scanning in order to ensure that was not causing more damage. I know that all the money, but the result was surprising. Again, I stress I am not a medical professional. All the best
