Spinal Cord Ultrasound

Spinal Problem Major pain!?
Last week i had an ultrasound, then a CT. My doctor discovered many cysts on my ovaries but was not concerned, however i was informed my spinal cord (not the column) was “shrinking.” and i was in need of an MRI which is scheduled for friday. I can not find anything describing this.
I have been having sever lower back, pelvic, and leg pain for about 2 months. this has been accompanied by random abdominal pains/cramps and frequent migraines.
I have also developed a urinary tract infection that i can not get to subside. I have also noticed urinary leakage and i have been constipated for nearly 3 days so far.
I also wanted to add that i keep getting small quarter to half dollar sized sand paper type red rashes, i can get 3 or 4 at a time, in random places..
Does anyone know what could be causing this? what should i be prepared for? i am very concerned and am in tremendous amounts of pain. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
First, you should be concerned about the cyst on the ovaries but do see an OB/GYN for a check up. For the back problem, it seems the Doctor is trying to find what the problem is by doing the MRI. In my opinion, the urinary tract infection is a total seperate problem. That needs to be treated. And the rashes are obviously because you are allergic to something. Discuss this with your Doctor and/or determine what is causing it. The reason for constipation is the same for everyone. Too much food and not enough water, juice, roughage and lack of exercise. Some of these things you can take care of with lifestyle changes like exercise and food.
